Please bring your book-themed decorated pumpkins to the library.  You will be asked to fill out an entry tag.  You will need to pick up your pumpkins between October 31 and November 3.  Anything not picked up will be discarded.

Participation Rules 

1.  Please use art supplies to decorate your pumpkin.  No Carved pumpkins allowed.  Be creative and have fun! 

2.  No weapons, electrical devices, or flames of any kind may be used as part of your entry.  Keep pumpkins Family Friendly!   

3.  Do not put your name on the pumpkin.  Each entry will be given a number. 

4.  Drop off your pumpkin at the Hershey Public Library from October 18 - 24 during regular operating hours.  

5.  Entries will be on display and open to voting, October 25 – 30.   

6.  Winners will be announced on social media on October 31.   

7.  Pumpkins can be picked up from October 31 – November 3rd.   

8.  Pumpkins left on November 3rd will be thrown away.  

Judging: 

1. Pumpkins will be judged by library patrons and library staff. Winners get BRAGGING RIGHTS!

2. Voting will take place October 25 – 30 during Library hours of operation. 

3. The entries with the most votes will win the two categories: Favorite Pumpkin, Most Imaginative.
